Scope of Services

We specialize in the sampling and analysis of various air contaminants, including:

1. Gases: Detection and measurement of harmful gases present in your working environment.
2. Vapors: Monitoring of vapors that may arise from operational processes or environmental conditions.
3. Dust – airborne solid particles that range in size from 0.1 – 100μm in diameter. Examples include wood dust from cutting and sanding operations and quartz dust from crushing of rocks.

• Fumes – airborne solid particles generated by usually less than 1 micron in diameter. Examples include fumes from high temperature cutting or welding of metals.
• Mist – airborne liquid droplets. Examples are oil mist produced during cutting and grinding operations, acid mists from electroplating, and paint spray mist from spraying procedures.
• Fibers – thin and greatly elongated solid substance. Examples include asbestos and glass fibers.
